This three-storey, multi-tenant office building, achieving LEED Gold status, was completed using a design / bid / build process. Our services included programming, base building design, and the design of the tenant areas for each floor.

The new building is linked to an existing single-storey building and takes maximum advantage of available site area. It has been conceived as a ‘gateway’ building between the University of Regina and Innovation Place (Research Park). The building site features high-quality landscaping and courtyards and tenant amenities to meet the requirements of the Wascana Centre Authority. The building is clad with buff coloured Tyndall stone and incorporates high-performance triple-glazed windows with sunshades. On the interior, tenant amenities included in the base building design are a fitness centre and a common meeting room.
