This multipurpose facility adds 8160 square metres (87,830 square ft) of new area to the north side of the existing Queensbury Centre and was used for the Canada Summer Games as the wrestling venue. Major events such as the Farm Progress Show, and Agribition use the facility for exhibition space. During the winter season the prime user is the Regina Soccer Association.

A clear span multi-use / soccer space of 70m x 110m accommodates a large playing surface of 99m x 63m (108 yards x 69yards). The space is dividable by curtaining into 4 quadrants. Spectator viewing is accommodated at the perimeter of the multi-use space and on a viewing Mezzanine (350 m2 (3760 ft2)). Washrooms, storage and a reception / entrance area are located immediately adjacent to the multi-use space.

The new addition is a pre-fabricated steel structure with a standing seam metal roof. Wall systems consist of precast concrete panels to a 3 metre height with pre-finished metal composite metal wall panels above. The new multi-use space floor is able to accommodate a variety of events and is covered with removable turf for soccer use.

Within the existing Queensbury Centre building a food and beverage area was developed in the former Main Floor casino space to serve the multi-use space. The west part of the existing Main Floor space is renovated to form space for showers and 16 changing rooms of various sizes.

Renovations we completed within the existing Queensbury Centre to create meeting room space on the convention floor.
