AESB/AAFC 10 YEAR MASTER PLAN

Our firm was retained by Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Western Service Centre to create a 10 year Master Plan for the two separate and diverse Agriculture & Agri-Food facilities at Indian Head, Saskatchewan.

The Master Plan focuses on two separate facilities with distinct operations, located in close proximity to one another and the community of Indian Head. These two facilities are the Agri-Environment Services Branch Agroforestry Development Centre, located south of Highway No. 1 and formerly known as the PFRA Shelterbelt Centre, and the AAFC Research Farm located north of Highway No. 1 and immediately east of the community.

The study looks at current operations and use of facilities, future projected needs, condition of buildings and where feasible opportunities for the consolidation of facilities used to deliver the programs for the two facilities.
