Jannessa Dombowsky grew up in Aberdeen, Saskatchewan.  After graduating from the Architectural and Building Technologies program at SIAST Palliser Campus in 2013, she joined the team at SEPW Architecture Inc.  While at SIAST, and through her work terms at various employers, Jannessa received experience with the preparation of contract documents, building detailing, bylaw and building code interpretation as well as contract administration - all skills which have made her a valuable member of the firm.  She enjoys the small-firm atmosphere and likes the variety of work involved in her day-to-day activities.

Victoria obtained an Interior Design Diploma from Lethrbridge College in 2011 and joined SEPW in 2014 after working with PWGSC Asset and Facilities Management and a furniture supplier.  She is a registered member of the Interior Designers Association of Saskatchewan (IDAS).  Her creative and detail-oriented abilities are a proven asset to SEPW.

Living in different provinces while working as an Architet in Peru prepared Miguel to begin his experience in the Caribbean designing and supervising a five star resort for a European company.  After moving to Canada, Miguel continued his passion for the profession working for different architectural firms between Regina and Saskatoon.  He also gained industrial building design experience while working for a mining engineering, Saskatchewan based company.  After gaining his accreditation with the Canadian Architectural Certification Board (CACB), he registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Architects (SAA) as an Intern Architect.  Miguel continues his architectural path with SEPW.

Monty graduated with distinction from the Architectural Technology - Building Sciences program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, formerly SIAST.  Monty's responsibilities include assisting with design development, creating, coordinating and assembling contract drawings, product and material research, working directly with owners, consultants, and contractors, and project administration.  His ongoing education includes various Revit classes, and the completion of CSC Course Level 1 (Principles of Construction Documentation).

Jill Dusyk is originally from Regina. She graduated from the Architectural and Building Technologies program at SIAST Palliser in 2006. During her schooling she worked with Saskatchewan Property Management Corporation (SPMC) and others. She has been at SEPW Architecture Inc. since 2006 and enjoys the variety of work involved in working for a smaller firm. She is currently an active member of Construction Specifications Canada and is continuing her education through that organization.

Justin grew up in small-town Saskatchewan and returned to the province to practice architecture in 1996. Now as the principal who leads the Saskatoon office of SEPW Architecture Inc., Justin has been involved in all types of projects – from single-family residential homes to multi-million dollar commercial, institutional and health care projects. Justin sits on the Advisory Board for the Architectural and Building Technologies Program at SIAST Palliser Campus, and is a member of the Council of Educational Facility Planners International.

A Saskatchewan resident, originally from Regina, Wanda has been with SEPW for 22 years, in both the Regina and Saskatoon offices. Wanda became an associate with SEPW in 2009. She provides executive and administrative support and is responsible for all administrative duties and bookkeeping for both offices.

Clifton received his Diploma of Architectural and Building Technologies from SIAST in 1999 and joined SEPW in 2006 having previously worked as a technologist with other Regina architectural firms. With over 12 years of experience in the field of architecture, Clifton's responsibilities include assisting with design development, client meetings, production of construction documents, coordination of consultants and contract administration. Clifton has been involved on several maintenance and operations facilities, office buildings and interiors, hospitality, as well as building recapitalization and renovation projects. His continuing education includes completion of CSC courses Level 1(Principles of Construction Documentation) and Level 2 (Construction Contract Administration).

Upon completion of his Master's of Architecture, in 2007, Dylan joined SEPW as an Intern Architect. Dylan became a registered architect in Saskatchewan in 2010.  Dylan is a principal archtiect of SEPW and has a primary role in client relations, programming and overseeing projects through all phases.  He has a passion for sustainable design and is an Accredited Professional in the Canada Green Building Coucil's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).  Dylan is currently the regional representative for Construction Specifications Canada.  While completing his Master's of Architecture, Dylan played a major role in the design and construction of a model home project, which since its completion has been recognized in a number of publications both local and national, for its incorporation of sustainable design.  Dylan's project experience includes university building projects, educational facility renewal, police detachment, social and senior's housing, commercial, industrial and supply chain distribution and warehouse centres.

Lee-Anne is a graduate of the University of Regina, receiving a Bachelor of Administration (Great Distinction), where she specialized in marketing. She received her Diploma of Architectural Technology at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and has completed the Intermediate Level training in REVIT and leads our office in use of that technology. Lee-Anne is continuously upgrading her skills through involvement with Construction Specifications Canada and is currently enrolled in the RAIC Syllabus program to become an architect. While at the University of Regina she was on the Campus Planning Committee observing meetings and providing input to the planning team on aspects of building services and dormitory life.

Greg Popowich joined SEPW in 2000, and became an associate and shareholder in 2009. He is actively involved in project programming, code analysis, production of contract documents and contract administration. Greg's training and experience in Project management is utilized throughout the various phases of design including coordination of project sub-consultants and specialists as well as during the contract administration phase of construction. Greg's strong interpersonal and communication skills obtained through the study of business administration and augmented by years of experience are utilized during all phases of a project. Greg is a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA). This accreditation, granted by Construction Specifications Canada, is obtained through a combination of written examinations and accumulated construction administration experience.

Nathan Orban joined SEPW Architecture in 2011 after completing his Master of Architecture degree at Dalhousie University. While at Dalhousie Nathan's studies focused on the expression of the contemporary First Nations' culture of Saskatchewan within building design. His previous work experience as a student was working for MGBA in Vancouver as well as at SEPW Architecture. Nathan has been registered as an Architect with the Saskatchewan Association of Architects since 2015.

Raymond Plosker

Raymond graduated from the Nova Scotia Technical College (Dalhousie) in 1980 with a degree in architecture.  After receiving his degree Ray worked at architectural firms in Saskatoon, Regina and Ottawa, and for a UNESCO heritage project in Sri Lanka.  He joined the firm in January 1994 after returning to Saskatchewan from Ottawa and became a shareholder in 1998.  As a principal architect his responsibilities include client relations and overseeing projects through all phases of project development as well as general administrative functions.  Raymond has experience in a wide variety of project types, including heritage properties, police training facilities, commercial and institutional projects, educational, multi-family, hospitality and special care.  Raymond currently serves as a member of the Regina Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee.

Ryan McEwen received his Diploma of Architectural and Building Technologies from SIAST in 2002 and joined SEPW in 2005 having previously worked for Regina Housing Authority as Contract Administrator. With over 10 years of experience in the field of architecture, Ryan is involved with client meetings, material and product investigation, construction documents including specification writing, coordination of consultants and contract administration. Ryan has been involved in projects that include major office tenant improvements, building recapitalization, detention facilities and industrial projects, as well as federal and provincial government work. His continuing education includes completion of CSC courses Level 1 (Principles of Construction Documentation) and Level 2 (Construction Contract Administration) and Specifier 1.
